The Management writes the following to the Board of Directors report of 2014:
“The sick leave in the Company was 2,5 % for 2014, compared to 3,7 % for 2013.
The short time sick leave (1-16 days) was 0,61 % (2,9%). The long term sick leave was 1,9 % (0,8 %) and the permitted leave was 5,3 % (9,3 %).
The Health Service of the Company have carried out information- and planning meetings, internal controls, the establishing of a new health, security and environment system, followed up and reported on the working environment for 2014 including a follow-up of the findings and mapping that were done in 2012 and 2013.
It has not happened or been reported any serious working incidents or accidents during 2014, resulting in personal injuries or substantial material damages. The working environment is assessed to be good, and it is taken action on improvements when needed. The Cooperation with the Employees have been constructive and helping in a positive way for the good working environment of the Company.”
